Nostalgic Journeys is a sincere, fun, tailor-made service for you or your loved one where I can provide company, encouragement, companionship, an ear to listen and a hand to hold. Unique, person centred 1-1 befriending, companionship and respite activity sessions helping to re-establish those past hobbies and old pastimes that were much loved and enjoyed. Initiating and encouraging new activities personalised to each individuals chosen interests, abilities and faculties where games, trivia, puzzles and sing-a-longs can be mindfully customised to help engage and captivate the person wherever they may be within their own dementia journey.        Let's bring back that lovely smile and laughter in the comfort and safety of your own home or within a care setting.
